Board
Agency is governed by the Board whose members are appointed by Croatian Government:
- Minister of Finance, automatically appointed as the President of the Board,
- President of the Croatian Parliament Finance and Central Budget Committee, appointed as a Member of the Board,
- President of the Croatian Parliament Committee on the Economy, a Member of the Board.
Chief Executive Officer
The Agency is managed by the Chief Executive Officer, who represents the Agency and is responsible for its operations. CEO is the legal representative of the Agency and directly reports to the Management Board of the Agency. The CEO is chosen based on knowledge pertaining to financial sector and other professional qualifications necessary for managing the Agency. Since 2012. Marija Hrebac is CEO of the Agency. Marija Hrebac is also member of EFDI's Board of director and IADI's Executive Council.

Proficient team of experts
The Agency team includes highly educated experts, primarily economists, most of which are auditors and bank sector experts, as well as lawyers with bar exam, some of which are former judges, insolvency practitioners and attorneys.
